All the subjects who experienced moderate to severe acne vulgaris (≥ 5/10) and had no systemic toxicity (≥ 1/10) were included in the study. All the participants were followed for 6 months. All the subjects were sexually active. Efficacy assessments were conducted at baseline, end of study, and follow-up. All the participants underwent a complete evaluation, including a complete medical history including the diagnosis of moderate to severe acne vulgaris and a complete physical examination including vital signs including vital signs, height, weight, body mass index, waist circumference, blood pressure, and blood glucose.
